The Red Lion is nestled in the heart of the Kent countryside, in the village of Charing Heath, midway between Ashford and Maidstone. With the pub close to Leeds Castle and offering easy access to the M20, it’s an excellent spot for respite and refreshment on the road.
By car: From Maidstone, follow the A20 towards Ashford. Follow signs to Charing Heath and the pub is on the main Charing Heath Road, approximately five miles from Ashford. A car park is available at the pub, with room for up to 20 cars.
Nearest train station: Charing (approx 1.5 miles)
